The most famous is the Cordon Bleu in Paris. There is nothing wrong with the CIA in New York, either.

But lately I have seen press reports indicate that perhaps the best way to start, a great cook does not cook for the school, but only on the underside of a real restaurant kitchen and upstairs.

Good luck to you anyway you go.

Most employers are more concerned about their experiences of the school.

If they can choose between a person who has cooking school or someone who had started at the bottom and worked their rise in restaurants, they had to choose a man who worked his way.
Cooking School will help, but do not really need to get the most prestigious, are most expensive, best known in school to go be a good leader.

If you get one of the most renowned European leaders (1 Michelin star and above) in order to be promoted as an apprentice, you are obliged to learn a lot. Forget about your ego, however.
