I love poutine. For some of you who do not know what it is, French fries, cheese curds, smothered in a spicy pork. It is a French Canadian dish. Now ... Not able to find the cab here in the United States anywhere, Big Y, Stop & Shop, Hannaford .... The closest I come is mozzarella. Suggestions? Thank you!
