There is nothing wrong with the answers given so far, but you can be free. Go to your local County Court. Depending on where you are, the clerk or recorder of events. Many are now online, so you first try.
Search for your name in the index of the grantor, from the year when it purchased the property and in the future. The links are typically registered as "transfer", even if unintentionally.

If you do not have the time or skills, then you can pay to have done.
